Women's Action Tent.

Women's Environment and Development Organisation (WEDO) end Ilitha Labantu are facilitating the Women's Action Tent. The tent idea is aimed at having a strong women's civil society event open to the 50,000 unaccredited participants of the WSSD. It also aims at building a strong lobbying team, from the gender caucus at the intergovernmental meetings. The Women's Tent programme will include a daily report back from the UN meetings and workshops.
