* Participatory Communication Workshop November 4-8, 2002

This workshop was held in Nairobi in partnership with the International Press Service (IPS), the World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC) Africa, Jicho Communicative limited, and WomensNet. The workshop was the first of five. The workshops will seek to exemplify the use of participatory communications for advocacy to advance the concerns and solutions of-African women. The workshop covered participatory communications techniques for print, radio, video and ICTs.
